Join the Timmonsville Public Library for a kick off to summer reading, the 'Dream Big Read!' event! Tomorrow from 5-6pm you can enjoy face painting, crafts, balloon sculpting, refreshments and story time. The kids will be able to make their own book markers for all of the books they will be reading over the summer. Dewey D. Fox, the library mascot, will be hanging out at the kick off for a meet and greet with the kids. Make reading fun this summer and kick it off with a party!
The Timmonsville Public Library is located at 298 W. Smith Street.
'Dream Big Read!' is part of the Florence County Library System's summer reading program. The theme will help children discover different cultures through reading.
