I'm hungry. Let's try something new! - Day 13

The best time of the year to try some new dining experiences - SC Restaurant Week will be held January 12-22, 2012.  Restaurants across the state will be featuring special menus and great promo prices, meant to bring in the regulars and entice guests to try something new.
Here are the menus from three participating restaurants in Florence - Red Bone Alley, Great American Grill at Hilton Garden Inn, and Victor's Bistro and Garden Room -
